Shipping & Returns Policy

Same day dispatch on all order placed before 1pm AEST (Monday-Friday), orders placed over the weekend (or Public Holidays) will be shipped on the following business day.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. Bellina Beauty does not take any responsibility for incorrect postal addresses. All parcels will shipped via Australia post (Standard or Express based on customer preference) and the customer will be notified of the tracking number.
Australia Post tracking details can be found via https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search.
Bellina Beauty holds no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. This will need to be dealt with via Australia Post.
Collection policy
Same day collection is available for all orders placed before 5pm.
The customer will be notified when the order is ready for collection.
Return policy
Bellina Beauty offers a fourteen (14) day return policy from the date the order was placed.
If the customer is not satisfied with a product that has been purchased, they are able to return the product and Bellina Beauty will provide a replacement or store credit in the amount of the returned product. To notify Bellina Beauty of your intention to return, please email your order # and issue to bellinabeauty@outlook.com.
We do not offer returns for “change of mind” on any of our products.
